Main Competencies

The responsibilities of the area of Women, Youth, and Education for Development are directing, coordinating and supervising strategies, programs and projects aimed at women and youth. They also help direct, promote and strengthen coordination processes with institutions that defend the rights of women and children.

The area of Women, Youth, and Education for Development coordinates with public, private and non-governmental entities projects oriented to the prevention of socially relevant problems and the protection of violated rights. They also work in promoting relationships with different organizations that develop strategies and actions that link family participation in community development models.

The others that in the framework of its object are derived from the plans, programs and projects in its charge and that are assigned to it.
