Treat all people with respect and reject any type of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, exploitation or any other action against human rights, human relations will be based on mutual respect, dignity, integrity and equity, promoting a pleasant, healthy, inclusive and safe collaborative environment, showing respect for our good customs and that of the countries where we are present, prohibiting all forms of abuse of power, authority or violence against a third party.
Persons related to the USASDF Foundation may not participate in any form of sexual exploitation, even if it represents a custom of a social nature or is legal in a given country.
It is the responsibility of all people related to the foundation to report those behaviors that violate our stated principles, using all the corresponding reporting channels.
USE OF INFORMATION
It is our responsibility to make efficient, rational, and productive use of all the information for the best performance of the foundation.
USE OF MATERIAL AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES
We will apply an efficient approach in the use of material and financial resources in order to obtain the maximum benefit in all the activities of the foundation.
FULFILLMENT OF COMMITMENTS ARISING FROM ADHERENCE TO THIRD PARTY CODES
We promise to comply with the provisions that derive from the adherence to the codes of third parties with which a professional relationship is established with the foundation, assuming internal promotion and compliance.
