Main Competencies

The Legal area is responsible for developing legal advisory functions to all areas of the foundation, monitoring compliance with the provisions of the statutes of the foundation, and defending the interests of the foundation in all kinds of legal proceedings.

The Legal area also provide legal advice in the formulation of projects of legal devices, regulations, internal regulations, contracts, agreements and other documents that are requested. In addition, they also provide advises on labor law, and guides the foundation in fiscal and administrative matters.
